Ecotherapy Single Session

This stand-alone session offers a therapeutic experience grounded in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and connection with the natural world. Ecotherapy - Package

This series of six ecotherapy sessions offers a deeper, sustained journey into nature-based healing and embodied transformation. Held either in person across varied natural settings or online through guided imagery and somatic mindfulness, this format allows for continuity, integration, and the unfolding of more complex or layered personal themes.

Over the course of the sessions, we may explore grief, life transitions, trauma, identity work, or relational challenges—supporting you to connect more fully with your body, emotions, and the wisdom of the natural world. The structure offers spaciousness to attune to inner rhythms, follow emergent processes, and build trust in the therapeutic relationship.

Each session weaves mindfulness, somatic tracking, and relational presence with the therapeutic support of place. Whether revisiting a familiar landscape or journeying to new ones, nature becomes an active co-regulator—offering metaphor, grounding, and reflection. The process culminates in integration and grounding, weaving insight back into your everyday life. These journeys invite reconnection with your inner wisdom, the land, and your capacity to meet life with greater clarity and wholeness.
