Mindful Somatic Ecotherapy is a nature-based path to healing that reconnects you with your body, the land, and your innate sense of wholeness. Rooted in mindfulness and somatic awareness, it invites presence, curiosity, and deep listening. DBT coaching—offered either as a standalone support or alongside ecotherapy—provides practical, skills-based tools for emotional regulation, boundaries, and resilience.

My Approach

I provide an integrative, trauma-informed approach combining Mindful Somatic Ecotherapy with Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) coaching. This method supports clients in cultivating embodied presence, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and relational skills. DBT can be offered alongside ecotherapy or as a standalone intervention, tailored to each client’s needs. My work prioritizes safety, collaboration, and the innate capacity for healing present in all clients.
